The 27th Annual CRIS Radio Golf Classic was a success, attracting nearly 100 golfers this fall and numerous local businesses, helping CRIS raise more than $43,000.

The annual fundraiser was held at Tunxis Country Club in Farmington. Scot Haney, WFSB meteorologist and co-host of Great Day CT and Great Day@9A, entertained the golfers as the event emcee and auctioneer.

New Country BMW & MINI, title sponsor for the past 10 years, has helped CRIS Radio raise nearly $300,000 over the years.

Other sponsors included: Airport Auto Body, Comcast NBCUniversal, Barbara Flynn, automotiveMastermind, Devine Hydraulics, Webster Bank, Windsor Federal Bank, A Closer Look, Brookfield Lions Club, Webster Bank, and FML CPAs.

Beverly Ann Buckner Baker was the dinner sponsor and Highland Park Market and Watertown Lions Club were refreshment sponsors.
