CRIS RADIO RECEIVES FUNDING FROM THE NORTH CENTRAL AREA AGENCY ON AGING

On July 25, 2018, CRIS Radio received a $10,000 grant award from the North Central Area Agency on Aging. Funding is made available through Title III of the Older Americans Act through the North Central Area Agency on Aging, Inc. and the Connecticut Department of Social Services, State Unit on Aging.

The grant award will help CRIS Radio continue its mission of providing audio access to print information for people who are blind or unable to read due to a medical condition or treatment, or other learning, physical, intellectual, or emotional disabilities. Read more.
